To start, select one of the modules above and go through its exercises. New users are encouraged to start with the Specialist Training, which explains the basic functionality of the 4me service.

Separate instances of the 4me service are available at 4me-demo.com to allow you to complete the training exercises using the application. If you do not yet have access to a 4me training instance, you can request one here.
