Configuration Manager Training
Introduction
The 4me Configuration Manager Training is intended for people who will be given the Configuration Manager role to maintain service instances, products and configuration items in 4me. Configuration managers also use 4me to maintain the information of suppliers.
Upon completion of this training module, you will be able to use the 4me service to maintain all these record types.
