Problem Manager Training
Introduction
The Xurrent service offers several features to make Problem Management easier. During this training you will have an opportunity to get comfortable using these features so that you feel confident using Xurrent to support you in your role as problem manager. Special attention is paid during the training to the following activities:
- problem identification,
- problem registration,
- analysis review,
- passing problems to Change Enablement, and
- problem closure.
Upon completion of this training module, you will be able to use the Xurrent service to perform all these activities. In addition, you will learn how to ensure that the workaround information of problems offers a concrete benefit to the Incident Management process.

It is important to note that this training module assumes that you have already completed the Xurrent Specialist Training.
