Using the Online Help

Whenever you are unsure about how to do something in Xurrent, you can access the online help to learn about specific features and the different record types. To start, click on the Actions button of the toolbar and select the “Help and Support” option. After the Xurrent Help window has opened, see if you can find out more about service instances. Do this by clicking on the “Records” option and subsequently clicking on “Service Instance”.

At the bottom of the Service Instance page, you will find a link to the Service Instance Fields page. Go to that page to get an overview of the different fields of the Service Instance form. You can also access this page by opening a service instance in Xurrent and subsequently selecting the “Field Help” option from the Actions menu.

Close the Help window and try using the “Field Help” option to see what happens.
