Rejecting a Change

The change for the upgrade of Exchange has only one approval task linked to it. This task is now assigned to Jo-Ann Stock, who is the service owner of the Email service.

Log in as Jo-Ann Stock (email: jo-ann.stock@widget.com), open her approval task and reject the change for the following reason:

Upgrading Exchange to SP2 will not fix any problems for the Widget organization, nor will it improve the Email service in a way that meets a specific business requirement.
