At the bottom of the details section you can see that this request is linked to the 'To be Analysed' column of an Agile Board. That's because the Application Development team in Widget Data Center have decided to use Kanban including a Kanban Board as their agile framework. These agile boards become only visible when a ticket is linked to an agile board, so when your organization or at least one of the teams in your organization, decided to use agile boards. When agile boards are introduced to an organization, clear instructions must be given to all stakeholders on the meaning of the columns. During this training we will not focus on the usage of agile boards, just remember that this functionality is available in Xurrent. Note the 3 horizontal bars in the top header bar of the agile board. Click with your mouse on the 3 horizontal bars to drag the upper side of the agile board up or down. This allows you to reduce the size of the agile board frame and read all notes in the details section of the request.
