Registering a Service Offering
Now that the first version of the Widget Safety First application has been released to production, it is time to ensure that the Widget Data Center organization is ready to support the end users when they are given access to the new service.
To do this, an SLA needs to be established between Widget Data Center and the Manufacturing department of Widget North America. Because Widget Data Center is the provider, Howard Tanner should register this SLA. But before he can do so, he should first register the service offering for the Safety First service that has been agreed on by both the customer and the provider.

Do not worry about the Standard Service Requests section in the PDF version of the service offering when you are registering it in 4me. We shall get back to that later in this training.
