Exercise 1
Registering a New Service
Go to the Records console and select the “Services” option from the list of record types.
Add a new service record for the Safety First service. In the Description field you can enter the following:
The Safety First service provides the ability to register injuries and near-misses, conduct root cause analysis, and track compensating actions.
The External IT department of the Widget Data Center organization will be the provider of this new service.
In the Responsibilities section you can specify that the Application Development team will be responsible for supporting the service and that Rodney Wilson will act as its service owner.
After you have saved the new service, try to relate its logo to it.
