Templates, UI Extensions & Automation Rules
Templates can be used to significantly increase the efficiency of a support organization, as well as the consistency of the work that is processed. UI extensions, which are used to add custom fields, make it possible to ensure that the right information is collected at the right time (for example when and end user is submitting a new request). Automation rules can be used to automate some of the activities in Xurrent or to trigger automation in external systems.
