Self Service & Specialist Interface

Xurrent Self Service gives end users the ability to submit new requests using an intuitive and easy-to-use interface. This online interface can also be used by end users to track the progress of their requests. In addition, all employees or external customers can be given the ability to fill out their timesheets using Xurrent Self Service. They can even participate in projects by updating their project tasks in Xurrent Self Service. Managers can also use Xurrent Self Service to provide approval for (change) workflows and projects.

Xurrent Self Service is an integral part of the Xurrent service. The functionality that it provides is also available on smartphones through the Xurrent App.

People who work for a support organizations (for example an HR department or managed service provider) normally use the Xurrent Specialist Interface. This interface provides considerably more functionality and offers its users access to the information they need to efficiently support their organization’s employees or external customers.
