Exercise 2
Excluding Requests from Reviews
Having read through the 10 requests, you conclude that:
- You are not sure what to do with requests #702470 and #704090. These requests do not seem very severe and you are not sure whether they will recur. So, you decide to leave these requests in the “Requests for Problem Identification” view to see if other users also struggle with these issues.
- Request #702311 can be removed from the list, because its root cause has been removed in an effective manner.
- Requests #702580 and #702490 should also be removed from the “Requests for Problem Identification” view as they do not appear to have been caused by an issue with the Expense Reporting or Time Off Request service.
You do not need to do anything to ensure that requests #702470 and #704090 remain listed in the “Requests for Problem Identification” view. To remove requests #702320, #702580 and #702490 from this view, click on the Reviewed button in the toolbar.
