Define an action on Reject
Automation Rules Training Exercise 15

Define an action on Reject

Now it is time for you to make your own automation rule without any help.

When a reservation of a parking space is rejected, you want the status of the request to be set to ‘Waiting for Customer’, so the requester can take an appropriate action. When someone rejects a task, they need to add a note. You want to add this note to the request, so the requester understands who has rejected the request, and why.

Make sure you add the name of the approver who rejected the task in the note and make sure that it is the right name (for New York you have 2 approvers, you should obviously add the name of the right approver)!

In the next exercise you will learn how to import automation rules. In the import files you will find the solution for this exercise.
