Registering a Hardware Product

Now that the supplier organization has been registered, it is time to register the product. The details of the product that has been ordered are:

Model: SBID-7286P-V2
Category: Monitor
Service: Training Center

Register this new product in 4me. Because the product is essentially a monitor with whiteboard functionality, you can select the “Monitor” option in the Category field. When you link the Training Center service, the support team will be set to Bob’s team, i.e. the End-User Support team in New York. This team will be responsible for the interactive whiteboards.

It is a good idea to add the technical details of the product to the Remarks field:
