Service Level Management Training
The 4me Service Level Management Training is intended for people who will be given the Service Level Manager role and/or the Configuration Manager role. Upon completion of this training module, you will have been introduced to the idea of using the Service Instance record type to organize the information of a service provider organization. You will understand how service instances relate to services, service offerings, service level agreements and configuration items, and how these relations establish a service hierarchy that makes it possible to gather accurate service level statistics.

It is important to note that this training module assumes that you have already completed the 4me Specialist Training.
This training module requires you to understand a little bit about the organization in the case study that supports this training, the data for which you will be using to complete the exercises. So before starting the exercises, please familiarize yourself with it.
