Project Manager Training
Introduction
The Project Management capabilities of the 4me service make it possible for project managers to keep track of their projects and project resources in real-time. It even allows project managers to include people from external organizations in their project teams.
This training module is intended for people who will be given the Project Manager role to manage projects in 4me. Upon completion of this training module, you will be able to:
- create and maintain project templates,
- create new projects,
- apply project templates,
- set the risk, effort and value for projects,
- prepare and modify project plans,
- manage project resources,
- analyze a project portfolio.

It is important to note that this training module assumes that you have already completed the 4me Specialist Training.
